Delivery Rider (Pharmacy Delivery Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders to customers safely and on time.
• Verify order details and collect payments (COD).
• Handle medicines with care and maintain the cold chain where required.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at the doorstep.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle and report issues.
• Update delivery status in the system.

Job Description:

The Delivery Rider will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of medicines to customers while providing courteous service and handling cash-on-delivery accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle license and own bike (preferred).
• Knowledge of local city routes.
• Matric or above.
• Punctual, honest, and customer-friendly.
